Applications from suitably qualified candidates are invited for admission into Basic Nursing, Basic Midwifery, Community Nursing and Community Midwifery programmes.

Entry Requirements
Interested Candidates must have five (5) credits in NECO/WAEC/NABTEB to include: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry & Physics, at not more than two sittings for Basic Nursing and Basic Midwifery Programmes.
For Community Nursing and Community Midwifery programmes, the candidate must have a minimum of four credits, including English Language, Biology and any two of the above subjects.
Community programmes are for indigenes ONLY; non-indigenes need not apply.
Application Procedures
- Visit conam.admissions.cloud/
- Click on “New Application”
- Enter and open an account.
- Pay Ten Thousand seven hundred and fifteen Naira (₦10,715) only via remita with your ATM Card or generate RRR and go to any BANK.
After that, return to the website. You can access the form and fill it out online.
Required Documents
The following documents will be uploaded while filling out the form:
- Birth certificate
- Indigene letter
- Primary certificate
- Testimonial
- Result
- Four (4) Passport photographs.
Print three copies of the form and submit it to the College with your e-receipt on or before 8th July 2023.
However, you may wish to patronize the College cyber café for such services at an affordable price.
The entrance examination is on the 17th July, 2023. Interviews scheduled for successful candidates will be communicated later.
