2020/2021 First Semester Academic Calendar of UNICROSS has been released.
The calendar was released today at the 54th emergency Senate meeting of the university.
The Cross River State University (UNICROSS) resumption date for the 2020/2021 second semester is Monday, 17th October 2022
Significant calendar highlights indicate that newly admitted students of the university are expected to arrive at their respective campuses and start registration and fee payment on Friday, 13th August 2021.
Similarly, old students are expected to return to their respective campuses and start registration and school fee payment on Friday, 20th August 2021.
Lectures will begin for all students on Monday, 23rd August 2021, while orientation will be held for new students on Wednesday, 25th August 2021.
Matriculation will hold at Calabar and Obubra campuses on Wednesday, 20th October 2021 and at Okuku and Ogoja campuses on 21st October 2021.
The calendar further shows that exams will begin for Years 1 and 2 students on Monday, 15th November 2021 and end on Friday, 26th November 2021.
Similarly, exams will begin for other students on Monday, 29th November 2021 and end on Friday, 3rd December 2021.
Convocation is scheduled for 14th December 2021, while the university will embark on the First Semester break on 15th December 2021 and resume on 7th January 2022.
