FUOYE Admission Requirements
The Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) admission requirements vary depending on the level of study (undergraduate or postgraduate) and the specific course you intend to pursue.
Here are the general guidelines for undergraduate admission at FUOYE:
- UTME Admission:
- Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) credits in relevant subjects, including Mathematics and English Language, at at least two sittings in O’Level examinations such as WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
- Candidates must meet the prescribed UTME cut-off mark for their desired course.
- Candidates must participate in the UTME (Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination) conducted by JAMB (Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board) and choose FUOYE as their first choice institution.
- Direct Entry Admission:
- Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) credits in relevant subjects, including Mathematics and English Language, at not more than two sittings in O’Level examinations such as WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
- Candidates must possess an acceptable qualification such as NCE (National Certificate in Education), ND (National Diploma), IJMB (Interim Joint Matriculation Board), JUPEB (Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board), or Cambridge A’Level for direct entry into the desired course.
- Candidates must apply through JAMB for Direct Entry admission and choose FUOYE as their first choice institution.
