You can obtain your Admission Form at the College Bursary Department upon payment of the Application fee using the following Bank Details:

- Bank: First Bank of Nigeria Plc
You are to Pay at the Bank and bring the TRLLER/PAYMENT RECEIPT to the Bursary Unit for your cash receipt and Admission form
Admission Requirements
- Candidate must have written 2025 JAMB
- Must have scored 160 and above in 2025 JAMB.
- Must Select our School as First Choice.
- Ensure your JAMB subject combination is suitable for Nursing (English Language, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics)
- 5 credits in WAEC/NECO/GCE or NABTEP in the following subjects at not more than two (2) sittings
Screening
- Passport
- Receipt of payment from the bursary unit.
- Online Printout or Original Copies of O-level Results.
- State of Origin
- Birth Certificate
- JAMB original Results.
- Ensure to come along with all the above documents for your exam/interview

- Closing Date: 12th Sept, 2025.
- CBT Exam/Interview Date: 15th September, 2025
