The Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja is commencing its CAREGIVER ACADEMY for the training of Carers.
Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates who wish to train as Carers in the 2024 academic session. This is a 3-month full-time Certificate Programme.
Entry Requirements
Applicants must possess the following qualifications or equivalents: Five (5) O’ Level Credit passes including English Language and Mathematics.
AGE CRITERIA: He/She must be between 25-45 years old.
Course Duration
This is a 3-month full time course, at the end of which the successful trainees will acquire a certificate.
There is also an option of international certification with a UK caregiver academy at an extra cost.
Method of Application
Interested and qualified candidates should obtain an application form at the Administrative Office, MRC Building, LASUTH. Completed application forms should be submitted along with photocopies of applicant’s credentials, curriculum vitae (CV), two (2) recent passport photographs on a white background, WAEC/SSCE/NECO certificate or printout of result slip.

Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja, Lagos, for screening purposes. Successful candidates will be invited to provide their original copies of relevant certificates for screening during an oral interview.
