College of Nursing Sciences, Sokoto Admission into ND/HND Nursing 2024

This is to inform all interested candidate who sat for the 2023 JAMB UTME and scored a Minimum of 160 aggregate points in the use of English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics of the 2023 JMAB examination and have selected the College of Nursing Sciences Sokoto as their first choice, to log into the College portal: http://sis.conssokoto.com.ng from 26th October 2023 to 3rd November 2023 and fill the College application form to indicate their readiness for attending college entrance examination scheduled to hold on 11th November 2023 at USMANU DANFODIYO UNIVERSITY NCC CENTRE by 8:00 am.

Forms will be available at the cost of five thousand Naira only (₦5,000:00)

Application Procedures

Application procedure for those who did not choose College of Nursing Science Sokoto as their First Choice to:

  1. Log on to JAMB CAPS
  2. Select correction of data. This is available on the sidebar or on the Home page of JAMB
  3. Once selected, the menu item “COURSE/INSTITUTION” will appear.
  4. Follow the procedure and change the Institution to the College of Nursing Sciences Sokoto

Eligibility

  • An applicant into ND/HND Nursing must sit and score a minimum of 160 marks aggregate in the use of English Language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in the 2023 JAMB Examination.
  • Applicant must also have at least Five (5) credits passes at not more than two (2) sittings, including English Language Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB

NB: Only WAEC & WAEC or NECO & NECO or WAEC & NECO can be combined.
