WAEC and JAMB Subject Combination for all Courses in Nigeria 2024

A subject combination in Nigeria is a list of subjects for each course you want to study at the University, Polytechnic, or College of Education.

Each of the courses at the tertiary institution has its subject combination for admission. Failure to choose a course with the correct subject combination will result in the loss of your admission.

In this post, I will show you the complete list of the WAEC and JAMB subject combinations for all courses(art and science) in Nigeria.

I would love to hear from you. Let me know in the comment box if you have any questions or need further assistance.

  6. Hello sir,
Thank you so very much for the above detailed information/analysis. It was really helpful and I pray you keep it up. Nevertheless, I have a challenge/confusion and I don’t know if you could please of help please. My WAEC subject combination makes me sad, cause I don’t seem to find any course to study with such combination. They are: Mathematics B3, English Language B3, AgricB3, Geography B2 and Physics C4 and I want to do a part time program at Nova University. Please is there hope for me sir?
Thanks in anticipation to your swift response and God bless you.

    • I understand your concern about finding a suitable course of study at Nova University with your WAEC subject combination. While there may not be a direct match for your exact combination, there are still several options available to you. Here are some suggestions:

      1. Consider related disciplines: Explore courses that share some overlap with your current subjects, such as Agriculture, Geography, or Environmental Science. These fields may align with your interests and provide a pathway to further studies or career opportunities.

      2. Look for interdisciplinary programs: Nova University may offer interdisciplinary programs that combine elements from various disciplines. These programs could accommodate your unique subject combination and provide a broader perspective on your areas of interest.

      3. Reach out to Nova University’s admissions department: Contact the admissions office at Nova University to discuss your specific situation and inquire about potential courses or programs that align with your WAEC subjects. They may be able to provide guidance and tailored advice based on your academic background and interests.

      4. Explore alternative part-time options: Consider pursuing a part-time foundation program or bridging course that could prepare you for a more specialized degree program. These preparatory courses can help you gain the necessary knowledge and skills required for further studies.

      5. Investigate distance learning options: Nova University may offer distance learning programs that provide flexibility and allow you to study at your own pace. This could be a suitable option if you have time constraints or prefer a self-paced learning environment.

Remember, your WAEC subject combination does not limit your options or define your potential. Explore the possibilities, reach out to Nova University for guidance, and consider alternative pathways that align with your interests and academic goals.
