Authority to Proceed
Take the following documents to the admission office and locate the room for your faculty
- JAMB admission letter
- EKSU admission letter
- O’Level result/certificate(s) (plus additional qualifications for Direct Entry students)
- JAMB result slip
- Post UTME result slip
- Certificate of origin from your Local Government
- Birth certificate
- Letter from a Referee/Guarantor (an attestation letter)
Health Center
- Pay five hundred naira (N500) to Heritage bank
- Take the teller receipt to the health center to get the form
- Fill the form and attach passport and go back for the health and physical screening
- You will get your health center card after the screening
Guidance and Counselling
- Pay three hundred naira (N300) to UBA bank (the account details is at the bank inside school)
- Take the teller receipt to G&C office and fill the form you will be given
- Attach your passport to the card that you will get
Faculty Registration
Supply the following and get the registration file;
- School fees receipt
- Acceptance fee receipt
- Faculty due receipt
Your faculty might ask for other documents.
Afterward, you will get three (3) files containing documents that you must fill in correctly.
Submission of Files
After filling your details, you will have to make three (3) photocopies for each of the following documents;
- O’Level
- JAMB result
- Attestation letter
- Handbook receipt (the bank and price depends on your Faculty and Department
- Signed authority to proceed
- Faculty due receipt
- Acceptance fee receipt
- School fees receipt
- Faculty association due teller (e.g. NASS – National Association of Science Students)
- G&C card
- Health center card
- Post UTME screening slip
- Birth certificate
- Certificate of origin
- Recent passport
Note
Some of the above-listed documents might not be required in your Faculty or Department. Just prepare them down.
Sign your screening form at your HOD’s office
Submit one of the files to your level coordinator and two to the Faculty officer

How do I download the attestation letter?
According to the instructions on the admission letter, after paying the acceptance fee, I can download the attestation letter but my online screening webpage keeps telling me there are still payments to be made even after I’ve paid the acceptance fee.
Is there another fee I’m supposed to pay before I can access the attestation letters?
