UNEC White House

UNEC White House is the lecture venue for students in Medicine and Surgery, Dentistry and Medical Rehabilitation. These departments are in group A.

Anatomy Laboratory

Departments in Group A also receive lectures in Anatomy Laboratory.

Physiology Auditorium

UNEC Physiology auditorium is the lecture venue for students in the department of Medical Laboratory Sciences, Nursing Sciences, Radiography, Human Anatomy, Human Physiology and Molecular Biology.

Departmental Classes

Second-year students in the Faculty of Health Sciences and Technology UNEC Enugu offer departmental courses at their various departments.


Students in the Faculty of Dentistry offer departmental courses at the Old UNTH.

Lecture Time in UNEC

Lectures start at 8 am in UNEC. A period of one hour is assigned to each course. The lecture closes by noon at the College of Medicine.

The departmental lecture may end by 2 pm or late into the afternoon.

Weekend lectures do not hold for second-year students in the College of Medicine.

      You will get the other course outline from your department.

  1. Can someone switch courses after there first year in unn. I mean can someone change from anatomy to medicine and surgery after their first year.

    • It depends on your department.

      Med Radio offers all the College courses (except METAB of Nucleic acid in the second semester) plus Departmental courses.

    • Please sir are all the fist semester material in that slide,and is Dentistry doing only Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry and GSP 207 in first semester second year,apart from their departmental courses

      • The answer to your question is Yes.

        Physiology, Anatomy & Biochemistry are the College of Medicine courses.

        You will offer two Physiology, Three Anatomy and Two Biochemistry courses in your second year.

        That is seven College courses plus departmental and GSP 207/208.

      Students in the department go to UNTH for clinicals.
