The Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Jos hereby invites candidates who made the college their 1st choice in the just concluded 2025/2026 JAMB Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and had a minimum score of 100 to apply for Post-UTME screening for admissions into the College for the following Programmes and other certificate courses:

- National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology

Entry Requirements for National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MIT) / National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology (EHT)
The following categories of candidates are eligible to apply:
- Candidates who made the Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Jos their first choice in the 2025/2026 JAMB UTME and chose any of the programmes listed above and scored a minimum of 100.
- Interested candidates who did not choose Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Jos as their first choice but wish to study in the College and scored a minimum of 100 in the 2025/2026 JAMB UTME, such candidates must do a change of institution to the College via JAMB website (www.jamb. gov ng) and choose any of the programmes in our syllabus.
The candidate must possess GCE/NECO and WAEC with credit in five (5) subjects, which must include Biology, Chemistry, English Language, Mathematics, and Physics obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.
Application Method
- Eligible candidates should pay a non-refundable sum of N2,000 (Two thousand naira) to the College as follows;
- Go to Remita Home Page (https://www.remita.net) Select PAY TSA & STATE
- Select PAY FGN, and then select “WHO TO PAY “
- Select FCMIST Jos 052102704200 and specify what the payment is for. Input the amount, name of payer, payer’s phone number, email address, and submit.
- Input Nil on the GIFMIS code On description, state what the payment is for
- Choose a preferred method of payment, e.g., debit card, Bank branch, etc. Then, pay and generate a receipt of payment with the remita code generated
Online Registration
- After payment of the above sum, visit https://fcmlst.edu.ng/
- Click on Admission and navigate to the Admission form
- Click on REGISTER NOW and select the form type as applicable(Post-UTME or Direct Entry).
Closing Date
Duly completed application forms should be addressed and sent to The Provost/CEO, Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, P.M.B. 2253, Jos, Plateau State.
- Not later than Friday, 19th September, 2025.
- MLT Entrance Examination: 21st to 25th September 2025 at the College Permanent Site, Lamingo, Jos.
