Adamawa State College of Nursing Sciences Community & Basic Nursing Form 2024

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Adamawa State College of Nursing Sciences and Midwifery Community and Return Basic Nursing Programme for the 2024/2025 Academic Session.

Entry Requirements

Interested candidates must have five (5) credits in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at not more than two (2) sittings for return into the Basic Nursing Programme.

For the Community Nursing Programme, the candidate must have a minimum of four (4) credits to include English Language, Biology, and any other two from the above subjects. Community Nursing Programmes are for indigenes only; non-indigenes need not apply.

NOTE: Where the applicant is presenting two O’Levels as a requirement, it should be;

  • All or both NECO and WAEC
  • All sitting should be NABTEB

Method of Application

The application form can be obtained by clicking conam.admissions.cloud/

  1. Go to New Application, enter, and open the account
  2. Make a payment of Ten Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifteen Naira (₦10,7015.00) only via REMITA with your ATM card or generate RRR and go to any Bank
  3. Thereafter, return to the website, you can access the form and fill it online
  4. The following documents are to be uploaded while filling out the form;
    • Birth Certificate
    • Indegene Letter
    • Primary School Certificate
    • School Testimonial
    • O’Level Result
    • Four (4) passport-size photographs

Print three (3) copies of the form and submit to the College together with your e-receipt on or before Friday, 6th September 2024, while the Entrance exam is Monday, 16th September 2024.
