Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into HND programmes the Federal Polytechnic, Idah, offers for the 2024/2025 Academic Session.
Entry Requirements
The minimum entry requirements for admission into the Higher National Diploma programmes are as follows:
- National Diploma in the relevant discipline with a minimum of lower credit grade and a minimum of one year of post-qualification industrial work experience. In exceptional cases, candidates with Pass grade and a minimum of two-year post qualification industrial work experience may be considered.
- Five relevant credits, including Mathematics and English Language at the SSC/NTC/NBC obtained from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB at not more than two sittings;
- Evidence of ND/JAMB admission;
- ND academic transcripts except graduates of Federal Polytechnic, Idah sent to the Registrar, The Federal Polytechnic, Idah

- Create an account with valid e-mail address
- Proceed to log in, make payment and complete the application form
- Print the application form and other necessary documents
