Sadly, I did not get admission for the course I wanted to study but for a different one because I did not reach the cut-off mark.

RSU is one of the top state universities in Nigeria. It is a good choice for students who want to finish their academic program in record time.

Know the RSU Post UTME Format
Knowing the Rivers State University (RSU) Post UTME format is the first step to passing the examination.
Many years ago, I made the mistake of sitting for the exam without knowing the RSU Post UTME examination format.
Inside the exam hall, I saw mathematics questions that did not prepare for before the exam.
The Rivers State University (RSU) Post UTME is fifty (50) questions on four (4) subjects (three core subjects and one general subject, which include current affairs, questions about the University, etc.) for thirty (30) minutes.
The RSU Post UTME is over fifty (50), which makes up 50% of your aggregate score for admission.
Start Preparing for the Exam Now
The mistake many students applying to study at Rivers State University make is waiting till a few days before the Post UTME exam before they start their preparations.
Early preparations are the secret to passing and scoring high in the RSU Post UTME examination.
As a Post UTME applicant, you must begin preparing for your exams now.
Do not wait until a few weeks or days before your Post UTME exams.
You may feel less motivated to study after your JAMB examination and after seeing your result.

Studying with the RSU Post UTME syllabus is necessary to pass and get a high score in your screening examination.
The RSU Post UTME subject combination is the same as your JAMB subject combination.
For example, a student applying to study Medical Laboratory Science at the Rivers State University will write Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the Post UTME exam.
Questions from the last subject of the three (3) will be from Use of English, Current Affairs and History of the University.
As a student taking the RSU Post UTME exam, you must study using your JAMB syllabus for the required subjects.
Ensure you read the topics in the JAMB syllabus. This approach will help you to score high in your Post UTME exams.
